Customer Success Manager

Who We Are: AET Automotive is a SaaS Marketing Suite for car dealerships. We’re disrupting the traditional automotive advertising model by allowing dealerships to ditch the traditional agency model & utilize our self-serve tools for all their marketing needs.

Our suite of products empower in-house Dealership teams to build & design creative, launch digital campaigns, run inventory ads, and create email templates— all in a matter of minutes and with little to no experience required. What we hear from our clients is that they love us for giving them more control over their advertising, saving them money, and saving them time.

The Role: The Client Success Manager will act in both a client-facing and internal operational role within the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- You will be responsible for onboarding new dealerships and clients to the AET Automotive Marketing Suite in a quick and seamless manner. This will include training & education of best practices, ensuring client ad accounts and assets are setup for optimal performance with AET tools

- You will serve as the go-to for customer-support related questions. You’ll be an advocate for AET clients, ensuring that their needs and feedback are heard & acted upon.

- You will be expected to be able to troubleshoot and effectively communicate client issues to operations & dev teams as needed.

- Working with third-party partners & vendors if needed to get dealers properly set up on the AET platform. This includes helping to troubleshoot page/ad account permissions within various ad platforms (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, etc.).

- Serve as a trusted voice in making advertising recommendations or otherwise supporting our clients in running their advertising in house.

-Enhance client training by doing virtual trainings with new and existing clients, as well as assisting in the development of new client-facing training materials & guides

-Promote customer loyalty by building trust and transparency with clients, as well as finding opportunities to upsell new AET products & solutions to existing clients based on their needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Self-motivated, self-starter and ability to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced start-up environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Superb organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Deadline driven attitude that ensures projects are completed correctly and on time
  • Expertise within Facebook Business Manager and/or other ad platforms (Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Hubspot experience a plus
  • Tier III Automotive experience a HUGE plus, but not required
  • Previous agency experience a plus, bonus points if you hate agencies and love the idea being the ‘anti-agency’
  • Ability to work from office in Wheat Ridge, Colorado

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid remote: must be available to work 2-3+ days a week in our Wheat Ridge, CO office. *WFH is not guaranteed, is based on personal performance and manager preferences.
